The role

At Leadmi, we believe that customer experience should be at the center of any product. We aim to provide the easiest, most pleasant experience to all of our customers. Whether that be a potential customer inquiring about Leadmi through the website, or an existing customer looking for some help with their account.

As part of the customer success team you will fall into one of two teams. Our customer support team provides the technical and product support to our existing customers. Your responsibilities in this role will be to attend to customer support tickets through email or live chat and assist the customer in solving their problem in a timely manner. Our support policy is based upon honesty and all our support agents are encouraged to ask the required questions to best understand our product and the customers query, in order to offer the highest level of customer support possible.

The second department in our customer success team, is the customer onboarding team. This role involves assisting new customers in getting their account set up to get the best out of Leadmi. Quite often, this role requires a good understanding of different businesses and industries. This is particularly useful as you will be required to understand what the customer’s business does and assist in selecting keywords that will generate high quality leads for them.
